Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price to serve our global fanbase. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Approx. 10-14 days for global orders.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (EST) will be picked, packed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks.
Can I return my item?
If you want to change a product mailing address, please contact us so we are able to reserve the item in our stock immediately, if you product has not been shipped. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used / damaged.
Where do you ship from?
